Subscription Cancelation Policy

To cancel you must use the cancel link on the website, any other attempt of communication will not cancel your subscription. You must cancel by the 15th of the month before your next payment is due. If you request to cancel after the 15th, your cancellation will take effect the following month. (Example : If you request to cancel on June 16th you will still be billed for July and receive a July box, your cancelation will be effective beginning August 1st). You can rejoin in the future (as long as there are spaces available) when the subscription membership is open again. But remember once the group is sold out, you will have to wait for new spaces to open.

Emails, text messages and comments can get missed and lost in the many we receive, therefore this is the only communication reliable for us to use for cancelations. Thank you for understanding.
