Shipping policy

Non-subscription items are usually shipped on the next business day.

Subscription boxes are shipped in the month of the box class specific to the subscription. The shipping date is for class purposes and does not coincide with the billing date.

Fulfilment Policy

We strive to ship subscription boxes before the scheduled class, depending on the date of your subscription, in stock individual items within 1-2 business days. Backorder items can take up to 5 business days to ship.
